DataPlus Dashboard

The DataPlus Dashboard is an add-on tool to our CustomPlus reporting tool. This unique feature provides up to 10 Key Indicator items for your practice at a glance, on one simple report! Practice Managers no longer have to move around several different reports to get their most important information!

Key indicators include:

Charges by Month
Net Collection Rate
Office Encounters
Surgical Encounters
Charge Entry Lag time
Payor Mix
Point of Service Collections
Total Collections by Month
AR Days
Average AR Days by Provider, CPT Category and Location

Each report within this report automatically shows a rolling 13 months of data, and just like our CustomPlus reports, you can point and click, drag and drop and even drill down to the full detail and add additional graphs! Custom Key Indicator reports can also be added.

Additionally, our Dashboard allows you to input goals for each indicator, so that the color of the numbers changed, based upon your goals. Most of the Key Indicator Reports already have the MGMA benchmarks included, so that, for instance, if your Net Collections go below 90 %, that line item turns read, etc.

The DataPlus Dashboard is available for all medical practices and specialties, including a special one for Community Health Centers (FQHC) that shows the key UDS Reporting criteria.

The DataPlus Dashboard requires Excel 2007.
